The Course
COURSE: Roughly 3.8 miles total. Head out on paved Aptos Creek Road towards the park
entrance station where you will take a left, leaving the fire road on to the Split
Stuff Trail (0.8 miles). Race along the trail, keeping Aptos Creek to your left until
you reach George's Picnic area where you’ll re-join the dirt fire road (1.3 miles).
Take a right and go about 50 feet until you take a left onto the Buggy Trail
(0.5 miles). The Buggy Trail reconnects with the fire road, turn left onto the road
and head back to the finish (1.2 miles). There will be small markers on the trail at
each of the turns. However it is also up to the racers to know the course.
*If you're coming with a running stroller, it will be an out and back on paved/dirt
packed fire road to George's Picnic area. (3.8 miles)
